National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
ChildSense is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider for Occupational Therapy services; we are available to clients who are self-managed, NDIA or managed by an agency. NDIS goals should be provided at the commencement of services for any Our NDIS hourly rates are based on fees outlined in the NDIS Price Guide.
Travel time
- Travel up to 30 minutes may be charged
- 0-15 minutes of travel time is charged in 15 minute blocks of time at the proportional hourly rate using the NDIS guidelines
- Administration and Report Writing There are fees associated with additional administration or report writing. These are outlined in our terms and conditions on entry to the service.
- Session Feedback- 15 minutes of each session may be required to provide written feedback for families and schools.
NDIS Cancellation Policy
- Our NDIS Cancellation Policy indicates that if less than 24 hours’ notice is given to cancel an appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
