Child Sense Occupational Therapy is able to provide services under the Department of FaHCSIA Early Intervention Service Provider Panel. To access this programme your child must have a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Disorder and must be aged between 0-6years. This programe provides families with up to $12000 per eligible child to spend with services who are approved on the panel.
Funding can be used for:
- Families can choose to part pay for sessions or subsidise the whole session
- services up to $6000 per year
- Some funding can be used for eligible equipment which is recommended and provided within the course of therapy
Private Health Insurance:
The therapists at Child Sense occupational therapy are registered with private health insuranc ecompanies. Services with Child Sense Occupational Therapy can be reimbursed for families with eligible private health cover (please check your product disclosure statement for more details). There is usually a GAP payment associated with any claim.
HICAPS is available onsite in the Leichhardt clinic for families who wish to claim on the spot reimbursement through their private health insurance.
